At Clinique Acupuncture Sociale d’Hochelaga, we are committed to maintaining a space where we can balance the needs of individuals requiring care with the need to limit the spread of communicable disease.

Patient guidelines :

Sundays to thursdays:

Wearing a mask is not mandatory, only recommended.

Fridays and Saturdays in social acupuncture with Félix:

Masks MUST be worn. We have N95 masks available for $2.

  • If you have the symptoms of a cold, flu, or Covid-19, including any coughing or sneezing, you are being asked to not come into the clinic for your appointment.
  • If you would like your therapist to wear a mask, please request it on arrival.
  • Frequent hand washing is still required. 

 Practionners guidelines :

  • Practitioners complete a health self-assessment check before coming to work. Any practitioner who has the symptoms of a cold, flu, or Covid-19, including any coughing or sneezing, will not come into the workplace.
  • Practitioners and staff will be completing higher levels of frequent cleaning of “high touch” areas in the clinic space:
    • Treatment rooms: In addition to regular cleaning, door handles, chairs, and surfaces will be sanitized after each patient, and all linens that come into contact with a client are laundered after each appointment.
    • Wash hands with a hydro-alcoholic solution or soap containing chlorexidine before and after each patient contact.
    • Wear a mask if the patient's condition requires it.
  • An instruction to cancel or reschedule appointments is provided to clients through the go rendez-vous system’s booking and appointment reminder notifications. Additional routine screening/questions of customers for symptoms before providing a service may be conducted.
