Social Acupuncture

Social acupuncture treatments take place in an open space. There is no need to remove clothing, as treatments are administered only to the arms, legs and head.

Private Acupuncture

Private acupuncture treatments allow therapists to access the entire body and combine acupuncture with manual therapy, cupping, guasha and moxibustion, as needed.

Tuina and Shiatsu Massage

Tuina and Shiatsu massages benefit health by improving circulation, reducing stress, supporting the immune system and promoting the body's energetic balance. These practices can be an important therapeutic approach to improve your well-being.

Qigong Classes

Qigong is one of the five branches of traditional Chinese medicine. This discipline combines fluid movements, breathing exercises and a state of concentration. Accessible to beginners, our Qigong classes take place on Sunday mornings.

NADA

The NADA protocol is a comprehensive treatment consisting of 5 acupuncture points in the ears. It is used to address addiction and mental health problems, and for healing emotional trauma.
